As promised in a previous post, I gather a number of years now on track for spring training, almost all of them to work the speed or resistance speed. concepts in a game they work and other work is a simply a physical, which is so important at this time where teams start to work and to mark the passing of the season.
These exercises have used for several seasons with very good results and this year I returned to them and are giving acceptable result again with the senior team.
